Returns and Refunds
Purchases placed through our online store at pinzpro.com may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received the item. Prior to returning your item, contact PinzPro for a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item and include all accessories received in the box.
Items must not be damaged by the customer to be eligible for refund. To be eligible for refund, you must return the purchased items within two weeks of being issued the RMA number and return shipping label. Shipping fees or other costs incurred in delivery are not refundable.
Once we receive your item and our team has processed the return, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing the refund. The time required to apply the credit to your account will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Purchases placed via Resellers, Dealers, or other sources are subject to their own return policy. We do not accept returns on products sold outside of our online ecommerce store.
Warranty and Exchange
If you register your item within 30 days of your purchase you are eligible for a 6 months extended warranty, If the item fails as a result of a manufacturing defect you are entitled to exchange the item for a replacement of equal value. Prior to returning your damaged item, please contact PinzPro for a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Items considered not eligible for warranty include but are not limited to:
· Item sent to PinzPro without RMA documentation.
· Items (or RMA replacements) that have not been registered in the 30 day period or passed beyond the original “6 Months from date of purchase” warranty period. Please note that a replacement continues the warranty period of the original device, it does not begin a new warranty period.
· Items that show evidence of any customer damage by water or improper use etc.
· Items that are returned without accompanying all parts or accessories received.
Shipping
PinzPro will issue, at its own expense, a shipping label for Warranty Returns, qualifying 30-Day Refunds and RMA Exchanges covered under the terms outlined above. Shipping labels that expire prior to use will not be replaced by PinzPro and subsequent shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Any shipping paid by the customer is not refundable.

I love this thing! I was borrowing my roommate’s and decided to get one of my own! My roommate has a dog that sheds a lot of black fur. I let her hang out with me on my bed, so she gets fur all over the place. This thing is so awesome and I can roll it all over my comforter a few times to get most of the hair!
